Ann Kinkade brings three decades of business experience, working exclusively with family enterprises as a chosen vocation for the last two decades. Through her firm Lucid Legacy, she works with individuals and families to develop clarity and alignment, thereby supporting desired positive intentions and actions for them and their enterprises.

Prior to working with McCann & Associates and founding her own firm, Ann initiated another groundbreaking entrepreneurial endeavor. In 2009, she founded Family Enterprise USA (FEUSA), the nation’s first non-profit, advocacy group dedicated to addressing family enterprise public image and public policy issues.

Because ongoing growth and development is an essential component to Ann’s personal and professional life, she works with her own coach to hone her skills and increase self-awareness. She has completed significant training and demonstrated expertise related to family systems and communication, governance and individual life stage development.

She has held officer positions on several nonprofit boards, served on the boards of family businesses, and advised the Directors of family business boards.
