  • Administer surveys, monitor completion, collect, analyze, and summarize data and then
    generate individual and a group report from the completed 360 surveys.
  • Provide and debrief a report of aggregated employee evaluations highlighting overall group
    strengths and development needs.
  • Conduct a one-on-one employee feedback session with each participant to discuss the
    confidential results, help participants interpret the results, and guide each participant in
