Bernadette DeVoe has been a member of the McCann & Associates professional staff for over 10 years. She contributes a unique perspective to the organization’s professional team derived from the combination of her history as both an experienced family enterprise consultant as well as a member of her own multi-generation family enterprise.

She holds a recognized professional designation from the Family Firm Institute, the field’s primary multidisciplinary organization. Her broad professional competencies include serving as a life and executive coach, in affiliation with the Center for Leadership Design, focusing on assisting next generation family enterprise members in developing communication skills, relationship building, stress management and conflict resolution.
